Beautiful Beings,

Do you:

  • wake up joyfully and full of energy every day?
  • not let other people’s problems or moods get you down?
  • have mental clarity & focus when required?
  • feel able to stay peaceful (proactive) rather than reactive?
  • move in a state of flow (feeling like the Universe has your back)?

As a working mum not only was I living by the clock but I also knew I only had so much energy before I’d hit a brick wall.

Since my spiritual awakening, I’ve become more discerning about how I use my energy and who I give it to.

Having had thousands of conversations with women, many where consciously managing their time but not their energy.

Here’s what Kelly said after a coaching session.

“After many years of ignoring God’s “taps” to slow down, honor and take care of myself, stop giving to others at the expense of self, he finally hit me on the head with a hammer and took me out of the game temporarily.

ENERGY is everything and its the language your body speaks.

Our bodies are energetic. They have an electrical nature. If you shuffle your feet across a carpet and then touch something made of metal you get a small shock of electricity. Also, if you step on a piece of glass you will feel the pain immediately because it´s electrically transmitted along the nerves to your brain.

Energy creates energy, and passion creates passion. Who doesn’t want positive, energetic people around? This is especially true at work, where we spend more than eight hours a day.

Energy and frequency will be the game changer of our world in the 2020s and beyond.

Having studied Astrology, Feng Shui and Energy Medicine all modalities hold ENERGY and VIBRATION at the core of their teachings.

So how do you manage your energy?

Here are six ways that help me manage my energy:

1. Letting Go
Protecting your energy is the art of letting go.
Let go of your fears
Let go of where you think you needed to go
Let go of people, places, and patterns that bind you to the old

2. Exercise
The last thing you may feel like doing when you’re tired is exercising but many studies show that physical activity boosts energy levels and clears your mind.

3. Clear your office and home from clutter
By clearing your desk and home, it allows the chi to flow around you which will mentally create space for you and balance your energy.

4. Keep time with your body clock
Some people get a burst of energy first thing in the morning others prefer the evening.  Become aware of your own circadian rhythms. Then schedule demanding activities when your energy levels are typically at their peak.

5. Drink plenty of water
Dehydration zaps energy and can affect your performance.

6. Get to bed early.

Remember: we are vibrational spiritual beings having a human 3D physical experience.

  • Your body is energy
  • Your mind is energy
  • Your soul is energy

So awakened one’s be sure to guard your energy with your life.

Love and blessings from a woman on the awakening journey
