This is a question I’ve explored since waking up to my narcissistic abuse.
As empaths, we attract narcissists because we genuinely care about others. We are natural healers, helpers and fixers, and that’s what makes us prey to energy vampires and narcissists.
In this video the message I’d like to share is based on my personal experience of narcissistic abuse and I’d like to share five tips on how to deal with a narcissist so you can claim back your light, your energy and your personal power.
