In this series, I will share my knowledge of astrology, plant medicine, and energy medicine to assist you with the physical changes we are all experiencing on planet earth at this time.
As I embarked on healing my gut, I became aware of “leaky brain” as a result of “leaky gut” and the gut/brain axis.
I learned that the microbiome in my gut controls, guides, and modulates the microbiome in my brain. So gut microbiome imbalance and consequent chronic inflammation may lead to brain degeneration. I used to think that brain degeneration was only possible as a consequence of aging but this is not completely true.
Since modifying my diet, making simple lifestyle adjustments, and doing shadow work, I no longer suffer from brain fog or memory loss to the degree that I once did.

So how do you know if your brain is degenerating? Here are a few symptoms
- Brain fog
- Memory loss
- Mood changes
- Memory problems
- Learning difficulties
- Loss of inhibition
- Mental health issues
- Mood imbalances, and
- Neurodegenerative diseases
Many causes of brain-health issues are related to immune system responses and are treatable. What’s reassuring is that your brain is able to generate new brain cells.
Here are some brain breakthroughs & regeneration strategies
Your brain is the command center of your nervous system and the center of all of your body’s functions and systems.
As we move into the Age of Aquarius we will be putting a greater load on our brain cognition because Aquarius is an “air sign”. This means information will be moving at a rapid pace and our mental agility will be put to the test. So be prepared to be spending more time thinking, processing, and digesting information.With Saturn in Aquarius till March 7, 2023, expect contraction, rigidity, and fatigue, stressing the importance of stretching exercises, meditation, and anything which will help your energetic flow and ease the cerebral energy.
Another caution is to avoid putting your cell/mobile phone near your brain. The Electromagnetic field (EMF – invisible radiation) emitting from your phone affects your brain, heart, and fertility. The blue light from devices affects your circadian rhythm which impacts your melatonin production and ultimately affects your ability to sleep. Try and avoid devices for 2-3 hours before sleep and place these devices ideally outside of the area you are sleeping in. Be sure to also unplug all light switches from the main socket in your room.
