Family Of Light,

Since my awakening, much has changed about myself and how I live my life. The old me would do do do no matter if my body was screaming at me. I wasn’t attuned to my body and was more focused on getting through my never-ending “to-do” list.

Now, I simply cannot achieve anything unless the energy feels right and my body gives me the green light.

Many of you know that I have been trying to write my water meditation but each time I sat to write, I felt this uneasiness.

Back on April 5th, 2022 I felt this urge to daydream. It was this mystical, loving, and boundless energy from Venus in Pisces that provided the right energy to create this meditation. When Venus entered Pisces on April 5, it expanded the sensitive and compassionate Piscean (fish) energy even further.

On April 7th, 2022 I sat down again to complete the meditation and it started to take an unexpected turn. It was as if my higher self was gently showing me  how far I had come. A few tears later and it felt complete and ready to release.

When I started writing this meditation it initially was to guide you to a place of surrender BUT what it morphed into was healing around the mother wound.

During the initial stages of my awakening, I came face to face with my inner child and the wounds connected to my mother. Having moved through the awakening path I can now bless those experiences and I feel much gratitude for the role my mother played in my life. If it was not for the role she played I may have not understood the importance of self-love and self-acceptance.

I know many of my clients and community members have and are currently healing from the mother wound. I hope this meditation offers you a release and forgiveness of what was so you can find the courage and strength to mother yourself and your inner child.

I hope this mediation gives you a sense of peace and forgiveness and guides you to a place of love and stillness as you flow with the gentle waves of the ocean.

May we all find compassion for each other. Learn to let go and forgive no matter if the people or the situation are no longer in your life. We are both students and teachers for each other. So regardless of how painful the experience, say THANK YOU and release it with the next wave.

I’m sorry, please forgive me, I thank you and I love you.~ Ho’oponopono

And when you are complete from the mother wound, Great mother, Mother Earth is waiting for you to hear her songs of love as she welcomes you into a deep embrace.
